Ross Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park - Please read carefully before your stay.

Deposits and Payments

All reservations require payment of 100% of total tariff to confirm the reservation if staying within the next 30 days.

More than 30 days until you arrive? We require a 50% Deposit and balance paid 30 days prior to arrival.

We accept internet banking, Visa and MasterCard using our secure DPS Payment Gateway. A 2% Credit Card fee will be added to all bookings paid via credit card. Any outstanding balance arising from changes made directly with the park are required to be settled at check-in.

Reservations are a contract between Ross Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park and the person named on the reservation. It is not transferable to any other person . This means that the person named on the reservation must occupy the campsite or room for the duration of the contract and is responsible for all occupants and visitors of the site or room.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions.

Standard Cancellation Policy

All cancellations / alterations must be made in writing. A cancellation fee applies to all bookings.

There will be no refund for early departure or late arrival. This includes conditions due to natural causes i.e. weather.

We strongly recommend you take up our Fully Flexible Rates where available and that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.

All cancellations incur a $25 fee 72 hours or more before the date of arrival.

No refunds will apply to cancellations within 72 hours of the date of arrival.

If you have booked a Non-Refundable rate this is obviously non-refundable.

If you have booked a fully flexible rate you may cancel free of charge up until midday on arrival day.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR BOOKINGS. 20th Dec 2024 to 8th Jan 2025

All deposits are non-refundable & non transferable 30 days or less prior to arrival of the Festive season.

The Festive Period is excluded from multi nights discounts.

All Reservations at any time of the year.

The Park is not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your Booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, road closures, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majeure”).

We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this. We are happy to issue you any receipts you need.

Amendments
Amendments can be made 72 hours or more before the date of arrival. All amendments must be made in writing, including your reservation confirmation number. If an amendment results in shortening of the stay or a reduction in guest numbers it will be treated as a cancellation.

Where you made your booking will determine where and with who you need to request any booking amendment or cancellation. 

If the booking was made directly with us at the park. Over the phone, email or on our park website, you will need to contact us directly. Details are on the Contact us page and on your reservation confirmation email.

If the booking was made via the TOP 10 group website (www.top10.co.nz), please contact TOP 10 on 0800 867 836 for any amendment requests.

If the booking was made via a third party, including online travel agents (i.e. booking.com, Expedia), traditional travel agents or other 3rd parties, then any request for a refund should to be direct to that organisation in the first instance.

We back ourselves and we back our product. We have a fabulous policy that puts you in control. If you arrive on site and your accommodation doesn't meet your expectations after your arrival, you can return to reception within 20 minutes of checking in, and we can cancel your reservation and you'll receive a full refund (minus any credit card fees) on that reservation. How good is that?!

Please note that this offer is only applicable to reservations made with us either over the telephone, or on www.rossbeachtop10.co.nz or www.top10.co.nz - this does not apply to any other reservation platforms.

Further Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse a reservation at any time from any person if we reasonably believe the person:
  • is not the person named on the reservation
  • is not the person named on the credit card or not be authorized to use the card
  • is not able to pay for any additional charges
  • may cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests
  • may exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour
  • is younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age
  • is concealing a dog or other unauthorized animal

We reserve the right to eject guests from the Park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.

Pets
We are a pet friendly park on our motorhome or Caravan sites only. Pets are NOT permitted at tent sites or at or inside our accommodation pods or park amenities.

Child Ages

Child ages are 2 to 14 years inclusive - should child rates be available. No charge for children under 2-year-old.

Reception Hours & Check-in, Check out times

Reception is open from 9am to 6pm Winter - 7 days a week ... 8.30am to 7.30pm Summer - 7 days a week

Reception will be closed on Christmas Day, (No new arrivals) You are most welcome to stay if you have already checked in.

Check-in time is from 2pm on your day of arrival and check out is by 10am on departure day. A late check out may be possible by prior arrangement – fees apply.

Late Check-in

Should you intend to arrive after 7pm, please contact us during office hours to make alternative check-in arrangements.

Confirmation Letters   

These are generated once your deposit has been received. Please check them carefully and notify us of any changes or all details will be taken as correct.  

                                                                                             

Minimum Stay Periods and Tariffs

Minimum stay periods may apply to weekends, public holidays and other special events or long weekends, please call us on  03 4298 277 to check availability, as there may be offline availability.

Management reserves the right to alter tariffs without notice. Tariffs may change depending on availability.

Control of Your Personal Information

When you register or give us personal information it will be held on TOP 10 New Zealand's Central Database. Your personal details may be accessed by TOP 10 New Zealand or linked and accessible by TOP 10 Holiday Parks should you make a reservation with them (a shared database). Ross Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park will not share this information with any other third parties without your permission. 

Ross Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park may send out periodic emails informing you of special offers, updated information and new services. You have the opportunity to unsubscribe to these mailings.
